    Description:

    A high solids, quick-dry, air-dry enamel that is used as a self-priming, non-skid finish for light duty to medium use foot traffic. Low-profile aggregate provides exceptional non-slip properties even when wet. This product has excellent application characteristics, fast dry properties and very good corrosion protection as a direct to metal coating.

    Features:

    Description:

    A modified epoxy formulated to provide outstanding corrosion resistance as a single-coat, direct-to-metal (DTM) exterior coating for railcars and other structures. While all epoxies will chalk and yellow under UV exposure; Carboguard 876 resists this effect better than most.

    Description:

    Highly chemical resistant epoxy mastic coating with exceptionally versatile uses in all industrial markets. Self-priming and suitable for application over most existing coatings, and tightly adherent rust. Serves as stand-alone system for a variety of chemical environments and is also designed for various immersion conditions. An optional micaceous iron oxide additive (MIO Filler) can be purchased separately and may be used per the Product Data Sheet to enhance corrosion protection and film strength for more aggressive service such as severe marine or heavy industrial uses.

    Description:

    A high solids, semi-gloss, high build, self-priming epoxy that can be applied by spray, brush, or roller. The cured film provides a tough, cleanable and aesthetically pleasing surface. Recommended uses for Carboguard 892 include railcar hopper interiors carrying dry food-grade cargoes. Other applications include food, meat, poultry, beverage, and pharmaceutical plants.

    Description:

    Carboguard 8922 is a versatile corrosion resistant coating. May be topcoated with itself, or a broad variety of high performance finish coats. Carboguard 8922 has surface tolerant properties.

    Description:

    Economical, aluminum-pigmented mastic with excellent performance properties. Designed for a broad range of applications, this material provides good corrosion resistance, film build and surface tolerance. Can be applied at low temperatures and cures faster than many other epoxy mastics.

    Description:

    Carbothane 8845 is a fast dry, high solids, low VOC, high gloss, high build, two component polyurethane coating. Carbothane 8845 exhibits the excellent dry times and handling characteristics required by Original Equipment Manufacturers. This coating has outstanding hardness, adhesion and resistance to: impact, marring, abrasion, chemicals and staining. Carbothane 8845 is recommended as a direct to metal finish coat or as a finish coat over properly primed substrates. Typical applications include air compressors, propane tanks, trailer chassis and frames, valves, pumps, waste water treatment plant equipment, agricultural equipment, hazardous material storage buildings and general industrial equipment. Not recommended for continuous immersion service.
